Baby Bird
Baby Bird is the Winner of the prestigious Camberwell Rotary Art Show Wildlife Award 2024.
Please meet Martin (dad), Hilary (mum) and Princess ( baby bird named by my granddaughters). These are our magpie family who rule - I mean live in our backyard. They enter our house, trust us with their babies each year and generally are part of our day to day. We love them so much and they are so trusting. They are so intelligent and have their own vocabulary of which is evident when you live with them. I feel they are very misunderstood. Once they accept you into their family you are one of them.
